1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Karaj (“Karaj”), a service operated by 59 LABS L.L.C-FZ (trade licence 2654068.01), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Karaj is
Karaj is a marketplace that connects vehicle owners with independent repair workshops in the UAE. Customers post a request; workshops submit quotes; the customer chooses one. Karaj is not a party to the repair agreement and does not perform repairs, employ workshops, or guarantee their work.
3. Payments for repairs
Karaj does not process, hold, or handle payment for repairs. Any payment for parts or labour is arranged and made directly between the customer and the workshop. Karaj is not responsible for pricing, invoicing, refunds, or disputes over payment.
4. Workshop subscriptions
Posting a request, receiving quotes and choosing a workshop are free for customers. We do not charge drivers to use Karaj. If we ever introduce a charge, we will tell you before it applies to you and you will be able to decide then.
Workshops subscribe to Karaj in order to quote. Each plan grants a different set of features. The plans and what each one includes are set out on karaj’s website, and the price of a plan is quoted and confirmedin writing by our team before a workshop is put on it - the mobile app does not sell or price plans. Subscriptions are billed by invoice and do not renew automatically: a plan runs for the period it was paid for, we do not store card details, and nothing is charged without a new invoice being agreed. A workshop may stop at any time by not renewing.
If a subscription lapses or an account is suspended, the workshop simply stops being able to send new quotes. Work already agreed with a customer is unaffected - that agreement is between them and the customer, not with us.

5. Ranking, and what a subscription does not buy
A paid plan does not change the order of anything you see. Nothing in Karaj reads a workshop’s plan when deciding an order, and there is no paid placement, promoted listing or sponsored position anywhere in the product.
What decides the order instead: quotes are listed cheapest first, and the workshop directory by verification, rating and how quickly a workshop replies. Listing a quote first is not a recommendation of it - a cheaper quote is not automatically the right one, and the comparison is yours to make.
A paid plan never changes WHICH workshops see your request, or when. Eligibility is decided by emirate and by the services a workshop offers - never by what it pays us. A plan cannot buy earlier access to your request, and it cannot keep a cheaper quote away from you.
One practical detail, because the sentence above should be exactly true. Where a request matches an unusually large number of workshops we cap how many are messaged at once, so that a single request cannot flood the market. The cap is applied by rotation, not by plan: workshops that were notified least recently go first, so the limit spreads leads more evenly rather than concentrating them - and a paying workshop gets no place in that queue that an unpaid one would not. Notifications are sent together rather than in any paid order; how quickly each one arrives is up to the network and the device, which is not something we can promise on anyone’s behalf.

6. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the requests, photos, and reviews you submit, and grant Karaj a licence to host and display them to operate the service. You must not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, and we provide a reporting tool for objectionable content.
8. Workshops & quoted prices
Workshops are responsible for the accuracy of their quotes, their lawful operation and licensing, and the quality of their work. Quotes and availability shown are provided by the workshop, not by Karaj. A workshop is expected to honour the price of the quote you accept; any additional parts or labour discovered during the work should be agreed with you before they are carried out. If a final invoice differs from the accepted quote without your approval, you can report it to us (Section 12).
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Karaj does not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any repair, or the accuracy of AI-generated summaries (which are guidance only, not professional diagnosis). Reviews and ratings are users’ opinions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karaj is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for disputes, damages, or losses arising from the repair relationship between a customer and a workshop.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law.
12. Complaints & disputes
If something goes wrong with a repair or a quote, the repair agreement is between you and the workshop, but we want to help. First, raise it through the in-app Report option (on a quote, review, request or workshop) or email us at support@app-karaj.com; we review reports and may warn, suspend or remove workshops or content that breach these Terms. This complaints route does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer-protection law, and unresolved disputes remain subject to the courts in Section 13.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
14. Who you are contracting with
Karaj is operated by 59 LABS L.L.C-FZ (trade licence 2654068.01), a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. “We”, “us” and “our” in these Terms mean that operator. If the service is later transferred to another entity, we will update this section and the date above before the change takes effect, and continuing to use Karaj after that point means you accept the new operator.
