Describe the problem once - type it, add a photo, or scan your Mulkiya to fill in the vehicle details. Verified workshops in your emirate that handle that kind of work are notified, and their itemised quotes come back to you: parts, labour, warranty and when they can take the car. You compare and choose. Nothing is charged through Karaj; you arrange the job directly with the workshop you pick.

Quotes usually arrive within minutes, but it depends on how many workshops in your emirate cover that service and whether they are open. If a request is sitting unanswered, we re-notify workshops automatically. Adding a photo and a clear description is the single biggest thing that gets a price rather than a “bring it in”.

Register as a workshop, add your services, emirate and opening hours, and you will see matching requests automatically. Requests are scoped to your emirate and to the services you list, so you only see work you can actually do. Approval is what lets you SEND a quote, not what lets you see the work - so if the feed is empty, check your emirate and services are set; if you can see requests but cannot quote on them, your account is still waiting to be activated.

Every workshop page and every review has a report option. Reports reach us directly and we act on them - a workshop can be suspended and a review removed. The Terms set out what is not allowed.
